Sometimes a picture says more than a few digital lines. Take a screenshot and show us what’s wrong. We can analyse your problem better when you add a screenshot.

We accept the following file types: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, gif or bmp.

How do I take my screenshot?

On MacOS:

Hold down COMMAND + SHIFT + 3 to take a screenshot. Your screenshot will be saved on your desktop.

On Windows:

Press PrtScr to take a screenshot and it will copy to the clipboard.
Or you can use the snipping tool to capture screen shots (Snipping tool Windows)

Minimal system requirements

Your browser must have javascript enabled to be able to use Sofia. In general, we strongly advise to use the latest browser-version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari for Mac. However, here are a few minimal system requirements:

Sofia supports the following browsers:

Microsoft Edge
Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Safari 15.x and higher

Sofia supports these browsers only on these operating systems:

Windows 10
Windows 8.1
Windows 7
MacOS 12 and higher

The browser version Sofia supports depends on the Sofia release date. When a new version of Sofia is released we support the latest current version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari for MacOS (these browsers usually automatically update whenever a newer available version is detected). Since Januari 1, 2019 Sofia does not support the browser Internet Explorer anymore.
